2. Services

Selenosoft provides web design, web development, SEO, eCommerce development, graphic design, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Selenosoft retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and information, timely feedback and approvals, and ensuring they have the rights to all content supplied to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Selenosoft's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
